Frame
- 0.74” dia. x 0.038’ thick wall in HSLA (High Strength Low Alloy tubing.)
- All tubing is rolled on the foot end for durability.
- Braces: 0.625” x 0.023” thick cold rolled tubing precision bent and crimped with proprietary ends.
- Prevents moisture entrapment in joints
- Back brace comes standard with bottom drain holes.
- Rivets are semi-tubular; zinc plated.
- Brace and back rivets: 3/16” diameter; all others are 1/4″
- Seat retaining plate is .038″ thick CRCQ steel
Powder Coating and Pre-Treatment
- Tubing is pretreated in a 5 stage industrial cleaning treatment for enhanced erosion resistance and maximum molecular bonding of the powder coating.
- Baked-on polyester powder coating has outstanding toughness and excellent weathering.
Seat and Back
- 100% Polypropylene with color blended throughout formulated with anti-static and ultraviolet additives
- Feet are Linear Low Density Polyethylene for high strength and foot retention.
Testing and Specifications
Test to load bearing capacity of 1000 lbs. and are BIFMA™ Certified.

Guarantee
