The Commercialite Folding Table

Key Features include:

• Easy to clean polyethylene plastic top is stain, heat, and impact resistant as well as UV inhibited for outdoor use. • Hermetically blow molded top sealed against biological contamination and meet BIFMA standards. • Heavy-duty leg assembly supports over 3500 pounds and bolted through the table top to provide the strength needed for the rough handling of industrial use. • Accepts 3/4” skirting clips. Main Frame and Leg Assembly Constructed of U.S. steel rails and folding legs:  the Commercialite table features roll formed rails of 14 gauge steel, legs of 16 gauge 1” steel tubing and braces of 11 gauge stamped steel with 16 gauge gravity lock. The legs are permanently swaged into rails then attached to the table top with bolt-through assembly. Pre-Paint Treatment and Powder Coating Industrially cleaned frame and tubing for rust resistance and superior paint adhesion. Baked on polyester powder coating has outstanding toughness, excellent weathering properties, and a smooth appearance. Table Top Blow molded table top of polyethylene plastic with color blended throughout. Formulated for outdoor exposure with minimal fade or thermal stress cracking (indoor storage recommended). The average thickness of material engineered to be .140”. For stacking, 15 high maximum is recommended. Edge of the table is 7/8” thick to accept standard skirting clips. Round tables made with two half circle pieces electronically bonded together. Also, the top is attached to the main frame with bolts and nylon nuts to provide extreme durability and ensure there is no separation during rough handling. Feet & Rivets Glides are insert style flush mount standard. Nylon pad on glide for non-marring of floor surfaces. Rivets are ¼”, zinc plated to resist rust and powder coated for complete rust protection. Color All Commercialite tables have Gray tops and Black powder coat frame and legs. Guarantee Full 10 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. McCourt Manufacturing will repair or replace (at our option) at no charge; customer assumes all freight charges.
